BASICS
The Dalmascan Jungle; a harsh and unforgiving place. Deep out of sight, out of mind, almost forgotten. An old and ancient people protect and reside in this great jungle. It is where she was born, some two centuries ago... how easy it is to forget. This is where Fida was raised and trained to be a Verndari. A fighter, protector, guardian. This home she would eventually leave.The Guardians, the Protectors. Her clan were people of the Jungle who have a sacred duty to ensure it's survival; and her job was to maintain balance and heal the forest. She specialises in magic, though picking up a weapon every now and again is not beyond her - she's had plenty of time to practice. Her bond with the life stream is strong, even now, after being away from the Jungle for so long. She feels the tethers of life and could mend them with a gentle touch.

BACKGROUND
With war looming and the recently liberated Doma, her clan began to wonder what the rest of the world was doing - surviving? Already succumbed to the wrath of the Garlean's who once tried to venture through? They did not know. The seclusion of the Jungle, while it kept their race alive and prosperous for so long, also meant they had little information about their imminent doom. And so, Fida was given an important task. And she would make her way across Eorzea to learn what she could of the rest of the world.It has been a couple of years since she settled in the land of Eorzea - and while every day she feels the pull of her home, the Jungle, the two-century old Viera has decided to stay. Whatever that means for her future with her clan is unknown. For now, she enjoys her new life and adjusts to the world of Eorzea as best she can.

You may find her out in the world, healing the scars of battle that litter the land, sowing back the seems of fauna and flora so that it may prosper once more.Experiencing the World: There are still many places and many things she hasn't experienced yet that she wishes too. Character is on Balmung, Crystal DC. I enjoy discord RP as I like long prose, though something like google docs works as well. Down for in game RP but needs to be scheduled due to work/life and having a weird schedule, as well as being GMT and timezone constraints.Player is over 21. I will not RP darker/mature themes with anyone under 21. I prefer my RP partners to also be 21 or over for any long-term writing. Not here for drama or any weird behaviour, just to write about my characters and have fun.With that: Communication is crucial. If there is something you don't like in a scene, speak up!
